DH MEC LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic Grant Coordinator to support grant research, writing coordination, submissions, and reporting. Ideal for someone highly organized, deadline-driven, and experienced in managing funding opportunities for creative, community-based, and mission-driven work.

What You’ll Do

  • Research local, state, and national grant opportunities aligned with DH MEC LLC programs
  • Maintain a grants calendar with deadlines and requirements
  • Draft, edit, and assemble grant applications and supporting materials
  • Coordinate narratives, budgets, attachments, and letters of support
  • Track awarded grants, reporting timelines, and compliance obligations
  • Gather program data, metrics, and impact statements for leadership

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Experience with grant research, coordination, or writing
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with grant portals and submission platforms
  • Comfort working with budgets, program descriptions, and impact data
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

How You’ll Work

  • Weekly or biweekly check-in (15–30 minutes)
  • Quarterly strategy meeting (60 minutes)
  • Independent work with structured oversight

A 2-year non-compete and confidentiality agreement is required. 14-day notice required to end contract.

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team part-time. You’ll be the bridge between our creative services and our growth goals — helping us reach new clients while maintaining the authentic authority our brand is known for.

Marketing & Visibility

  • Schedule and coordinate content across social media platforms aligned with our editorial voice
  • Draft and distribute monthly newsletters and promotional sequences
  • Assist in updating website copy and ensuring offerings are SEO-friendly
  • Identify opportunities for the founder to appear on podcasts, panels, or guest blogs

Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Act as first point of contact for new leads, ensuring prompt follow-up
  • Keep CRM organized, tracking leads through the Discovery to Excellence journey
  • Assist in drafting initial sections of pitch decks and project proposals
  • Manage a consistent follow-up system for past clients and prospective leads

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales support
  • Exceptional editing and copywriting skills with a professional, soulful, strategic tone
  • Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp (or similar), and CRM software
  • Collaborative mindset rooted in purpose — you take initiative without micromanaging

Digital Design & Print Coordinator

DH MEC LLC is looking for a versatile and reliable Digital Design & Print Coordinator — a hybrid of creative design and logistics management. You’ll be the go-to person for transforming ideas into polished visual assets for both our internal brand and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics for the company and clients, adhering strictly to brand guidelines
  • Produce engaging social media graphics aligned with established content strategy
  • Manage the full lifecycle of print orders — placing, tracking, picking up, and delivering
  • Execute design requests with speed and precision, occasionally meeting 24-hour deadlines

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills — managing multiple orders simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for print pickup and delivery
  • Sharp eye for brand consistency and detail

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Bluehost and WordPress for content updates
  • Ability to jump into Photoshop or Illustrator for complex projects
