P.R.I.M.E. (Purpose, Review, Insight, Mastery, Elevation) is a proprietary editorial and curatorial assessment framework owned and developed by Dasia Hood / DH MEC LLC. By purchasing access to the P.R.I.M.E. Assessment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Intellectual Property: P.R.I.M.E. is confidential, copyrighted, and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or used outside of the agreed engagement without express written permission.

2. Confidentiality Agreement: Completion of your P.R.I.M.E. Assessment requires execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and/or Proprietary Product/Process Information Agreement (PPI). Delivery of assessment materials and access to the framework will not occur until these agreements are signed.

3. Scope of Use: P.R.I.M.E. is provided solely for the use of the purchaser or authorized team members and may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to create derivative frameworks without permission.

4. No Guarantees: While P.R.I.M.E. provides actionable insights and guidance, DH MEC LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or financial returns.

5. Engagement: The assessment process and any associated review calls are governed by DH MEC LLC policies, including scheduling, timeframe, and support scope.

By purchasing P.R.I.M.E., you accept these terms and acknowledge that completion of the assessment is contingent upon signing the required NDA/PPI agreements.
